Is there a per-house or per-bed fee?
No. Standard plans are flat-rate with unlimited residents, beds, and houses for a single state operation — you only pay the monthly plan price regardless of how many beds you fill. Multiple states or separate operations use a National / Network custom plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS. We use PostgreSQL with full audit trails and compliance-grade logging of all resident record changes.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. We assist with onboarding and data migration completely free. Most operators are live the same day.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. SoberLivingOS is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any phone, tablet, or computer. Residents and staff can install it on their home screen for one-tap access. Native SoberLivingOS apps are coming soon to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
How long does setup take?
Under 15 minutes. Add your houses, import or invite residents, and configure billing. We provide free onboarding support to make sure you're up and running the same day.
What payment methods does SoberLivingOS accept?
Residents can pay by credit or debit card and can authorize autopay for their own payment method. The platform uses Authorize.net for secure card processing. Staff can also log manual payments (cash, check, money order).
Does SoberLivingOS support NARR certification?
Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans include a full NARR certification module with documentation tracking and exportable compliance reports.
Is SoberLivingOS available in my state?
Yes. SoberLivingOS serves sober living and recovery housing operators across the United States, including West Virginia, North Carolina, Colorado, California, Florida, and Ohio.
What is Case Management?
Case Management is an optional Enterprise feature for structured resident plans. Staff can track goals, notes, tasks, referrals, appointments, milestones, and discharge planning in one place.
